We started with one simple project and grew our cooperation to 17-20 projects in constant development per month. Norwegian IT market is very demanding, so are we. 2009

Oleg, our CEO, started MindK with an idea to gather top notch talents under one roof in order to develop top quality products.

2012

The first visit of Norwegian clients to MindK development center in Ukraine. Since then clients often attend meetings in person at our office, as needed.

2015

We established a web and mobile development laboratory at Sumy State University to teach students modern web development techniques.

We moved into our brand new office located downtown.

2017

To share ideas and learn new tools, we organized an annual offline conference (UP2IT) and monthly tech talks for a local IT community.

We're crazy about collaborations going perfectly.
In 2017, 100% of client projects were delivered on time.

2019

Aiming to bring more professionals to the world, we launched intensive practical courses for DevOps, PMs, and web developers. MindK’s team knowledge becomes more valuable as we share it with others.

A research firm Clutch has recognized MindK as one of the top national B2B companies for second year in a row.

It’s been a decade since the company was founded.

With a goal to share knowledge inside the company, we held more than 25 internal training called mindtalks where mindkickers shared their expertise gained on the projects, increasing the expertise of the whole team.
